Standards compliance...
We believe in the concept of interoperabilty as a means of enpowering us to share and communicate properly. What this means is that our work will be done strictly to the best available standards to ensure that our final product will be cross-vendor compatible. All our websites, for example, will be fully standards compliant to both the XHTML 1.1 spec and also the CSS3 spec.
What will not happen, is you being locked in to a particular vendor with our product. As with everything else though, if you want a platform specific feature, we will warn you but implement it for you nontheless if that is your heart's desire. We understand that some requirements may involve using proprietary mechanisms, but we try not to use such mechanisms by default, and unless it is absolutely necessary.

We believe quality to be the most important factor of a finished product. How many times have you been disappointed with the quality of a product after purchasing it? We warrant that all our products will work to specification and we will fix any non-adherence to specification free of charge when it is brought to our attention.
We have a strict quality control mechanism in place to ensure that the final product not only looks good, but works well, and operates efficiently on the hardware that it was specified to use. We do not rush our designs like some other agencies, who leave you dissatisfied and with mediocre products with no way of being compensated.
